Have an amazing experience on a horse inside a wildlife nature reserve.

No horse riding experience is required to experience a lovely outride in nature with us.

Get within reaching distance of wildlife: Giraffe, Zebra, Nyala, Impala, Ostrich, Blesbuck , Kudu, Warthog, Blue Wildebeest, Springbuck and more.

We do not run with the horses as we want to keep it safe for the whole group.

Children from the age 6 and older can join on the ride BUT they MUST be able to steer their own horse..(Pull right, left and back). All children will ride their own horses and must be confident enough to ride by themselves without being led. We do not lead children.

Trail times Mondays to Saturdays : 2:00 pm

Arrival Time is 45 mins prior on Saturdays and 30 mins prior on weekdays

We are situated inside Silkaatsnek Nature Reserve. 

50 min drive from Midrand & Centurion

And only an 1 hour drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria.

Drive around the nature reserve and encounter wildlife on the way, you will have a totally different experience on the quad bikes than the horses, therefore both activities are recommended if you want to make it an adventurous day!

Perfect for beginners who have never driven a quad.  (Kids needs to be 14 and older to drive their own quad bike)

KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY:

Kids birthday party set up is available at only R250 per child extra. The party is after the ride.

Photographer:

We do have photographers on site who can be booked and paid for on arrival on the day of your activity. Please note all payments need to be in  CARD.

Restaurant:

Please note that no own drinks or food is allowed on the premises. 

We do have a deli onsite, where snacks and cooldrinks can be bought  (needs to be paid by card - we do not accept cash)

What to wear:

Please come dressed decently. (Meaning all body parts covered) . 

Wear: Comfortable clothing. Gym/Bush-type clothing - but don't wear tops where your stomach is exposed. A T-Shirt, long & stretchy pants or jeans, and close-toe shoes are perfect. 

No skirts, shorts, or dresses. - The saddle scratches your legs in these.

Don't wear white - it will get dirty soon! 

In the event that rain is predicted: Make sure to pack a rain jacket or rainproof blazer.
